01What you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, phone, email, reply preference and permission for inquiry-related contact, a receipt, appointment updates and one follow-up if you have not booked. ZIP, home details, a preferred home-visit time, your question and the name of a person who referred you are optional. Home-visit preferences use Eastern Time and need travel confirmation. We record the page used, submission time and contact-permission wording. A labelled campaign link may add its campaign label and landing page. Please do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, payment details or private documents.
02Why your details are saved
Karim uses your inquiry to answer your questions and follow up about your solar or roofing request. A home-visit time remains a request until Karim confirms it. Sending the inquiry form does not authorize a credit check or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Phone and video booking confirmations and reminders are handled by Google Calendar.
03Where the form is stored
Inquiries are processed and stored through Netlify, our website hosting and form service, and available through an authenticated account. Netlify processes technical information to operate the service and filter spam. The embedded booking calendar is provided by Google. Booking details are saved to Karim’s Google Calendar and used for your appointment, confirmations and reminders. Loading that calendar connects your browser to Google, whose privacy policy also applies. The inquiry form does not automatically send your details to a solar installer or an AI chat service.
04Your choices and follow-up
You may ask Karim to stop contacting you, correct your details, provide a copy or remove your inquiry. Call (609) 832-3389 or email karimabdelsalam21@gmail.com. We use retained information for your requested inquiry and related follow-up, and handle deletion requests through the form service. Requesting a callback does not require a purchase.
05Browsing and links
You can read the guides without submitting contact details. This version does not enable advertising pixels. A campaign link can keep its source label in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so it can accompany a callback request. We do not store advertising click IDs, full query strings or cross-site browsing history in that label. External links open other services whose privacy notices apply. No online bill-upload or customer-document portal is available on this public site.
